All the rooms in the hotel are well maintained and kept spotlessly clean. Ambiance is the rooms was nicely thought of as there was a basket of flowers hanging around and fresh pastel shades made the rooms look bright. Plus, there were all required amenities available in the room all included in a decent price.
Guests were highly impressed with the customer service and hospitality extended by the management and staff at the hotel. They said that the staff greeted them with a warm welcome and gave them a homely feel. Plus, the staff was very helpful, cordial and polite.
The hotel did not have breakfast on-site. Guests were quite disappointed with that because they had to look out for food options right from breakfast.
Rooms had a very dim lighting and some areas did not even have lights. Even the reading lights were not powerful, making it difficult for the guests to relax while reading.
Guests who were not traveling with pets found it difficult to manage, as there was noise caused by barking of dogs constantly. Even the sheets were stained and unhygienic because of the pets.
