The interior of this property – which guests note has recently been updated – is clean and pleasant. Many were pleased to find that rooms here are, overall, tidy and well-maintained.

The staff at this Monroeville property impressed guests with their warm and friendly service. Newcomers were tickled to receive a welcome check-up call upon entering their rooms while others – even those on single night stays – were impressed to find that staff remembered their names and took the time to ask after them. This attentive service really made a positive impact on the overall experience here.

Right off of I-76, this property afforded guests great access to the downtown area as well as to a number of local entertainment and shopping venues. Thrill-seekers were also delighted to find that Kennywood, the city’s famous theme park, is located in close proximity of the hotel.

In contrast to the overall spacious rooms, many felt that the bathrooms here were oddly small. Many reported that these spaces were uncomfortably tight. Also, the exterior of this property was noted to be rather grubby and dirty looking. Most felt that it needed a good deep clean.

Many guests reported that they experienced difficulties in finding this property’s access drive. The situation was exacerbated by Monroeville’s notoriously heavy traffic.

The mattresses at this hotel were found by many to be uncomfortably firm. This had an impact on sleep quality, as did the pillows, which were noted by most to be oddly hard.
