The OSU Football Stadium and the St. John's Arena are 25-minutes' walk away. The hotel is also within walking distance to a local shopping center and nearby cafes and restaurants. Within a 10-minute drive you can reach the Ohio State Fairgrounds and Expo Center, the Wexner Center for the Arts and the Newport Music Hall.

Guests reported that the newly refurbished are clean, comfortable and spacious. The basics of a comfortable bed, hot shower and reliable Wi-Fi access are included.

The staff are hospitable and professional. Guests reported front desk staff were attentive, and someone is always available to attend to their questions or any needs.

While many guests found the rooms to be clean and tidy, housekeeping needs some improvement as complaints have also been made regarding the standard of cleanliness and attention. Guests reported that the rooms are not cleaned consistently during the stay, that the beds are not always made up daily and sometimes used towels were not replaced. Some guests also complained that the floors had not been cleaned, at times the bed sheets have been found to be dirty and hair has also been found.

The hotel is located close to the highways which some guests found to be noisy. For a quieter night, it's recommended to request a room facing away from the main road.

The standard rooms are smaller than the upgraded rooms. Some guests felt that these rooms were small and felt cramped.
