The location of the hotel was by far what guests most appreciated during their stay. The proximity of the interstate made finding the hotel initially very easy and also great for when guests were traveling to and fro. Many guests were pleased with the proximity to the University of Delaware.
While guests did not directly bring up the subject of value for money, quite a few did say that the rates were very low indeed - one of the lowest in the area. They felt the hotel may be a reasonable bet if all a guest needed was a cheap roof over their head.

Guests were unhappy with the long list of unusual hotel rules and the way the staff communicated these to them, as well as what they said was their poor grasp of English.
