About Red Lion
Once an 18th century farmhouse, Red Lion offers guests rooms as they visit Sheffield. The inn flaunts its ageless look with large fireplaces, oak beams and flagstone floors. Red Lion features 30 rooms that range from single twin beds to a family suite. Rooms all offer Wi-Fi upon request. Red Lion has Wi-Fi for up to 70 people at a time. It also offers meeting rooms and business facilities. Located just off the M1 and A57 makes this a convenient place to meet. Free parking is available. The inn offers food service throughout the afternoon and evening. Each night has its own specials as well as a set menu for both adults and children. Great Rooms.
Guests had many different ways to praise the rooms of the Red Lion Inn. Some loved their large size, others loved their newly refurbished décor, and still others enjoyed the fact that the rooms were dog friendly.

Friendly Staff.
The staff of the Red Lion Inn was found to be friendly and helpful. Guests found that the welcoming staff couldn’t do enough to help them get settled and provided guests with information about the activities in the area.

Noisy Nights.
Located just off the M1, some of the rooms were more than a little noisy. The rooms on the corner of the building seemed to be the worst offenders. Guests who stayed in rooms on the opposite side of the building had no problems with noise.

Several guests found that service was incredibly slow in the restaurant, waiting upwards of 30 minutes to be served a breakfast that was overcooked.
