Razza del Casalone is an elegant farmhouse along the coast in Maremma Toscana, surrounded by a 2-hectare park and with a private swimming pool, located just 10 km from the seaside. The main building in the farmhouse was built in the 18th century and contains 5 identical apartments and a 150 m2 hall. In the garden facing the main building, the ancient horse stables of the “Razza del Casalone” horse breeding farm have been lately refurbished and now host 7 identical small apartments . The farmhouse can host up to 26 adults. The farmhouse, once well distant from the centre of the city of Grosseto, has been slowly approached by the advance of urbanisation as the city grew larger in the past 20 years and now lies on the southern border of Grosseto on the road heading to Marina di Grosseto. The main building has a 150m2 multifunctional hall with traditional brick archways and an antique cotto pavement. It is an ideal location read, work or get together and is used to cater for half board or full board upon request. Right in front of the main building and the former horse breeding stables is a wide garden with many pine trees; it is lit at night and equipped with tables and chairs.
