About Hotel Rancho Estero y Mar

Rancho Estero y Mar is a family company with 100% Salvadorian capital. Our dream started with the hotel building in 2002 and on 2004 it was officially opened to the public. Currently we have about 50 permanent employees and more than 30 temporary employees of which 95% are locals. Our ideology is to promote development of the area around the hotel. Estero y Mar has a unique decor in harmony with the natural surroundings and taking special care of palm trees and other species within our facilities, thus counteracting the heat of the Salvadoran coast, and transforming our amenities so that our guest may experience the distinctive feeling of being on the beach with the allure of the mountains. We are interested in supporting the communities surrounding the hotel and to this end, as part of our social responsibility policy, we have implemented different programs such as fair trade and preferential procurement from local suppliers, recycling programs, reforestation programs and care of surrounding forest, training programs for young people so that they can acquire skills in different areas of tourism and hospitality, learn a trade and make a living for themselves.
