Ramada Whitehall Allentown has great housekeeping staff and the rooms are kept immaculately clean. Staff is willing to do repeat jobs whenever guests raise an alert over areas they might need to be redone.

The rooms look rundown with molds and stains on the walls, leaking toilet water, stained furniture, lacking toiletries, musty smell, and weak Wi-Fi. .

Hard to locate.

Guests have complained that Ramada Whitehall Allentown is difficult to locate even with GPS. There is a huge Ramada sign at the busy highway but nothing else along the way to direct guests. Although the façade of the building faces the main highway, guests have to go through a Best Buy store to get to the hotel. .

No elevators.

The hotel has handicapped rooms located on the second floor but, inexplicably, lacks elevators which can make for a harrowing experience for handicapped guests trying to climb the steep staircase. .
