The staff is very helpful and attentive and goes out of their way to accommodate the guests. From the restaurant staff to the Spa and ayurveda staff, the staff does everything to make the guests stay comfortable and is much appreciated by the staff.
Guests mentioned that although the location is very scenic, it is far from the city and even cabs were not available easily. Even the hotel cabs that takes long to arrive and charge more than double the rate.
Few guests felt that though the Ramada Resort offers good facilities and nice location, it did not match upto the standard of a 5-star hotel. Some knacks here and there can be improved to make it a five star property.
