Ramada Resort provides a relaxing holiday to the guests. Quiet location on a hill, friendly staff, private beach, sea location, amazing pool, relaxing spa and good facilities make the whole experience wonderful.
The pool area at the hotel is huge and amazing views overlooking the sea. Guests loved the spa treatments at the hotel and rated it as of great value.
Most of the guests found the staff to be welcoming and ready to lend support when you require. The staff makes you feel at home and is warm, friendly and professional. Delightful staff makes your stay enjoyable.
Although, Ramada Resort is perfectly placed on an exotic location on a hill overlooking the sea but it is not the best one if you want to visit the city or go to the seaside. You will need a taxi or car to go around.
Though the hotel offers free Wi-Fi, connectivity remains an issue. Network problem is there in rooms and it is tough to log in and browse the Internet.
Though not much of an issue, a few guests reported that not many staff at the hotel speak English. This could be a bit challenging while having spa or other treatments.
