Hotel Town Inn (Bordentown, USA)

Many guests were very happy with the good quality pillows they had on the beds. The bed sheets were also clean and the pillows very supportive and soft. Some would have liked to know the pillow brand to buy them also.

Most guests agreed the hotel was a clean one, and were happy to stay in this environment. The hotel was not dirty but covered the basics of a stay such as clean rooms and bathrooms.

The staff members were said to be friendly and polite for most guests. They enjoyed having an efficient check in and for their queries to be resolved in a timely fashion. Most were content with the customer service.

The fitness center had issues with guests who did not like the late opening hours of the gym. The machines did not work well or were broken. You could not get a decent workout in the morning which is when most people like to workout.

The Wi-Fi was said to be a hit and miss by many guests who mentioned they were not happy with the Internet. Many would have liked a reliable and quick Internet to use for work or leisure purposes.

The hotel and its facilities are said to be rundown and used to the point where guests saw an obvious need for a renovation. The furnishings were too worn down and the carpeting, lighting and fixtures needs to be replaced.
