The Radisson Blu Plaza Sydney is a stones throw away from all of Sydney's top sites and is ideally situated in the middle of the central district district. Guest consistently noted the central location as the hotel's defining feature that would see their return.

A number of visitors to the hotel commented that it was particularly family friendly and that the staff were very helpful in accommodating their needs. The extra space provided by the spa suites were generally very welcomed by visitors travelling with children.

A number of international travellers to visit the hotel on holiday mentioned that the Wi-Fi connection speed was less than ideal and far from what they had come to expect from a five star hotel bearing the Radisson brand.

A number of guests to the hotel experienced a less than an ideal check-in process. Some arrived to rooms not being cleaned in the time for check-in and some encountered reservation system failures regardless of whether the room had been paid for in advance.

A number of guests had similar experiences with reception staff commenting that their attitude was a little on the cool side. Generally though this interaction did not attract from their overall positive experience.
