The simple breakfast provided at this hotel is top quality, and although there aren’t many choices, it is extremely filling and delicious. Guests enjoy the fact that they can dine outside each morning in the courtyard.
This is an incredibly beautiful setting for a hotel. It’s in the city but surrounded by lush gardens and little courtyards. Guests are amazed by the work that has gone into maintaining this place, and they are equally impressed by the pool.
Considering that this is the land of smiles, it’s quite odd that you rarely see the staff smiling at all. They aren’t the happiest bunch, and they really should try to be a little nicer to their guests. You almost feel like you are putting them out when checking in.
When you offer free Wi-Fi, then it should be at least good enough so you can connect and open an email. Guests have been left frustrated that the Wi-Fi is so slow in the hotel and the rooms. Best to make alternative plans if you need the internet during your stay.
