While not directly on the beach, the location was described as extremely close to the famous Rue ‘d Antibes, and a short walk from the beach or anywhere else in Cannes guests cared to go.

Guests couldn't say enough good things about the host. In these sort of apartment rentals it is often the case that the host simply checks guests in and is never seen again. Guests were happy to report that this was not the case here, and that they could count on him to be available should the need arise.

It was mentioned that the complex has a laundry in the basement that is free for guests to use. Considering the budget nature of the establishment, guests found this to be a very useful addition

Though the apartments do have soundproof windows and doors, guests describe the location as extremely close to the train tracks. As a result, they say that the apartments inevitably get some noise from them, and even shake as express trains zoom by. Some guests took this in their stride, saying it barely disturbed them, but others were not as understanding.

As with almost all hotel reviews there were comments about the weak Wi-Fi. Guests with an urgent need for reliable connectivity may need to think about activating data roaming.

Although not often mentioned it seems one or two guests had issues with the hot water. It might be that the hotel water tank works on a timer, so bathing at odd hours may result in only cold water being available.
