The Résidence Charles Floquet offers luxurious apartment rentals in Paris' 7th arrondissement and right in the shadow of the world's most famous icon, the Eiffel Tower. Suited for larger parties, guests will be able to choose a classically designed apartment for four, six, or eight people. All of the apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV, washing machine, Wi-Fi, a living space and dining area. Penthouse and duplex apartments are available with a full view of the Eiffel Tower. The apartments are self-serving, but a reception desk is available for guests to make inquiries, sending faxes, and to request a housekeeping service. The smallest apartment in the residence is nearly four times larger than the average Parisian hotel with tremendous space and full of natural light. It is a perfect place to return to after a long day of sightseeing.

The residence is quite old and like most buildings in Paris, it was built without the idea of soundproofing. While the hotel's windows block out the noise of the traffic, there is not much that can be done about the creaky hardwood floors and thin walls.
