There are a plethora of ways to stay busy and active, and the facility is not far from the beach and the town. Juan les Pins is a five minute stroll and Antibes is around fifteen minutes. A beach is close by and you can take the train to Nice St Augustin to the airport.
The facility is clean, modern, with pleasant small apartments. They all have a kitchenette and there's a nice garden to sit and relax. The studios are fully equipped for cooking.
The staff at the front desk are lovely. The owner of the facility is a very nice person but does not speak English. However, the staff are fluent and multilingual. They are consistently helpful.
The residence is not actually central. The rooms can be cramped as well, depending on how many people are with you; nevertheless, even for one it is a bit small. There is no restaurant and no breakfast; however, they do have vending machines with the usual bad coffee and full of sweets. There is also a strange road you need to cross when walking to the city centre.
You have to keep logging in when using the Wi-Fi. Some of stated that there is an additional weekly cost for the service and it turns off after midnight.
