Many visitors have commented that you get plenty of fun, and great amenities for the economical price you pay for the room. The apartment has been described as more of a studio than a hotel room, and the kitchen has classy utensils to cook with.

Some guests were pleasantly surprised with what was on offer at breakfast time. It would seem that it was prepared with care, and there were quite a number of dishes to choose from. There was an endless supply of hot, fresh coffee.

There have been some serious reports about the Quality Suites Pittsburgh being in need of some maintenance. Guests have noticed the condition of the exterior and interior walls to be old and damp. Some balconies have started to rot, while one room even flooded during some heavy rains. At least these guests were refunded a portion of the room price.

For those of you that do not smoke, then be sure when you reserve your room, that you specify you want a non-smoking room. There have been some occasions where guests who are staying in non-smoking rooms have found cigarette butts under the beds, and smelly rooms.

Reports concerning the poor quality of the Wi-Fi signal are what most guests have experienced at this hotel. The problem is that it generally just doesn't work at all. After taking these issues to management, maintenance was called, however, there did not seem to be any improvement.
