Guests will not be disappointed when it comes to the morning meal. All items are fresh, with the food selection wide in variety. Cold items are cold, and hot items are hot, hot, hot! Guests have found the morning meal a great satisfaction, giving them a great start to each day.

Each room is kept to the highest standard of cleanliness. Guests can expect a good night's sleep, without disturbance from any outside noise, within reason. Guests haven't had to worry about finding unsightly messes, or any loud noises from the outside world.

The indoor swimming pool is a great feature, allowing guests to swim, come rain or shine. Unfortunately, when the hotel is busy, the small pool areas fills up quickly, and guests have had to turn away as there hasn't been any space for them.

With the building and rooms beginning to show wear and tear, a current upgrade is underway. Guests have not found any reason to complain, as yet, as the renovations are out of their way, but construction is construction, and some disturbance has been noticed.

The check-in process is a rather lengthy process, and takes time. Any impatient guests will unfortunately find this to be unacceptable, and cause for complaint. All one wants upon arrival at their destination is to hurry through to their room to begin relaxing, and this is delayed, due to the check-in process.
