This hotel has attracted much praise because of the consistently high quality of its employees. Regardless of the time of day, visitors report a warm and cordial welcome here. When there's a problem, staff go out of their way to assist. Past guests report assistance with missing in-room amenities, local directions and even medical prescriptions. What's more, staff here go that extra mile and continue to check up on their guests long after they've checked in.

Located south of downtown Columbus and with good links to the nearby convention center, it's no surprise to learn that this hotel is popular with business travelers. The in-room amenities here - especially the spacious desks - are ideal for getting work done on the road.

While the breakfast spread was good, the overall quality was bolstered by the breakfast team, who - just like the rest of the staff at this hotel - went out of their way to assist guests.

While a number of guests reported excellent experiences here, there were some issues. First and foremost, many reported mold and mildew in the bathrooms and around shower areas. Additionally, many were unhappy to find hair in sheets as well as on pillows and comforters. Some also noted that the towels here are not refreshed daily.

Additionally, many guests noted strong residual smoky smells in their non-smoking accommodation. Some also commented that the walls here are rather thin, allowing noise from adjacent rooms to filter in.

While they are well-equipped, a number of guests commented that the room sizes here are rather bijoux. Finally, there are recent reports from some visitors that this property's pool has in fact been turned into the on-site business center.
