For the vast majority of visitors, this hotel provided great basic accommodation at a budget price. Many also found it to be well-situated for many area attractions as well as local shops and restaurants.

A number of guests here have praised the quality of this hotel's reception team. Staff here are known to go out of their way to help and assist visitors. Where possible, it seems they will grant early check-ins and late check-outs. They've been known to jump car batteries, help search for lost items and even do their best to pacify young children.

The breakfast here is great, with many commenting positively on the range and quality of items on offer. The pool here is also good; it seemed to be well-maintained and kept at a temperature that was agreeable to all. Finally, the overall standard of cleanliness here is very good too, with a number of guests noting fresh rooms and dirt-free surfaces.

This hotel offers both smoking and non-smoking accommodation, but some non-smokers reported being put in rooms that had obviously been used by smokers at some point in the past. For these guests, the smell of stale smoke was a problem.

A number of guests also reported very slow Wi-Fi speeds at this hotel. Some were left entirely unable to connect while others reported only being able to receive signal right at the front desk.

Overall, rooms were clean, so that wasn't an issue. However, many felt that the interiors were rundown and tired. Some noted peeling ceilings, stains on carpets, loose fixtures and there also appeared to be a widespread problem with in-room plugs.
