Hotel Quality Inn Long Beach Airport (Long Beach, USA)

This is a good value, especially for those utilizing the Sail and Park Special for cruise-goers (they'll let you check out as late as needed to coordinate with your departure time, take you to port and pick you up upon your return.)  Nicely-landscaped and well-maintained for the most part.  There's a lovely pool and hot tub as well as laundry facilities. Enjoy the on-site breakfast (usually features fresh fruit, blueberry or plain made-to-order waffles, yogurts, cereal, coffee/juices, oatmeal and hard-boiled eggs.) Conveniently close to downtown attractions with a tasty donut shop and pizza parlor a stroll away, and shuttles to take you to the airport as desired.  A reasonably-priced Uber ride gets you anywhere in the city.

Ask for a refurbed unit: Many rooms have been recently updated and are quite pleasant with lovely decor.  Comfy beds, newer amenities like refrigerators and microwaves, and overall clean, spacious units.  Air conditioning, cable television reception and Wi-Fi are adequate.

Helpful and efficient staff greet you with warm welcomes and proceed through check-in/out within minutes. Housekeeping/maintenance are excellent and always happy to leave plenty of extra towels and other provisions upon request.

There is very little parking available and spaces are tight, especially for larger vehicles.  Ants may fill your vehicle. Broken glass and all sorts of litter may be found scattered around.

Ask for a refurbed unit: Some found their rooms unacceptable with ants, poorly cleaned bathrooms, underwear left behind from previous guests, neighbors smoking stinky pot, stained sheets, all appliances unplugged upon arrival, and noisy, shady folks roaming outside at all hours.

Some reported being overcharged by three nights.  Others were confused by the deposit fee amounts and likely time/date of refund to their cards after check-out.
