Hotel Quality Inn at the Mall - Valdosta (Valdosta, USA)

This location is great for Valdosta Mall, downtown Valdosta, Wild Adventures Theme Park and the campus of Valdosta State University - all just a short walk or ride away. Very affordable prices here will be a plus for the budget traveler. Fantastic proximity to many cafes and shops of the area, including a casual Mexican restaurant within walking distance that stays open late. The outdoor pool is nicely-maintained and kept clean. Breakfast is plentiful, high quality and popular among all guests.

Bedding and towels are of a decent quality and beds, according to most, are very comfy. Free Wi-Fi is a bonus.

This team is helpful and charming. Front desk receives high praises for their efficient check-in process and high standard of customer service. Won't hesitate to go out of their way for your comfort. They're ready to help out with directions and suggestions on area favorites anytime!

More than a few guests have complained they were assigned rooms which were never visited by housekeeping since previous guests vacated. Garbage is strewn across the room and beds are not even slightly made up. After returning to the front desk, they received different rooms (if available - and sometimes when fully booked, they are not.) Best bet with this locale: Ask to see your room before providing payment.

Some guests planned on having the usual in-room mini-fridge and microwave - and happily received them. Others planned on it and disappointedly did not receive either. Some got one or the other. Once again, please check your room before paying to avoid surprises.

Some guests found their rooms unacceptably dirty with mold in the bathrooms and dead bed bugs around.
