Most guests have been fond of the location of this apartment building. The property is outside of downtown Berlin, but it is close to public transport links that make it very easy to explore the entire city.

Past guests have said that the rooms are very clean when they have first arrived at the property. This was a nice feature for guests, especially since additional cleaning was an extra fee during their stay.

Guests have enjoyed their interactions with the property's staff. The reception staff is very accommodating and these staff members often go out of their way to ensure that guests are properly taken care of.

Numerous guests have reported that the beds are very uncomfortable at this property. This was an issue because these guests struggled to sleep at night, due to the poor quality of the mattresses in these apartments.

Many guests have complained about the Wi-Fi, saying that it is extremely difficult to get connected to and when you are able to get connected, it is very slow. This left guests without internet service for much of their time at this apartment complex.

There have been complaints about the fact that the reception staff only works for a few hours each day and if you run into a problem outside of these hours, you will have to wait until the next day. Guests found this very inconvenient, especially when they needed something at night or early in the morning.
