The furniture was found to be old and dated. Items in need of refurbishment include the carpets which are dirty and stained in places, and the walls could use a re-paint as they are cracked and peeling. Some guests also found some of the furniture in the kitchen and bathroom area to be damaged.
Not all guests found the apartments to be warm or inviting. Furniture and dressings are minimal with only overhead lights and no gentle lamp lighting. Not all apartments include cushions contrary to what the apartment photos show. You may find the atmosphere to be a little plain and bare.
