The hotel and restaurant are family run. You can expect exceptional customer service. Many guests felt very welcome and raved about the wonderful people that run this establishment.

The restaurant offers great quality food for breakfast and dinner and an extensive wine list. The bar is famous for their single malt whisky selection. Guests loved to relax with a great meal or drink and being able to while away their evening in the lovely surroundings.

You can expect a good night’s sleep as this location is a little secluded and that makes for little noise. Guests loved the spacious rooms that have a homely yet new feel to them. Comfortable beds let you rest up before you enjoy the countryside of Scotland.

Some rooms have smaller bathrooms that can feel a bit cramped.If a big bathroom is important to you you might want to book a superior room as these bathrooms are more spacious.

The restaurant cooks to order. Some guests felt that slowed the service considerably down and they had to wait too long for their food. Alot some time if you would like to eat here. The positive to this is that the food will be fresh.

The rooms on the ground floor share the same floor as the restaurant, bar and entrance area so there can be more noise in these rooms. Request an upper floor room if possible.
