Polynesian Beach & Golf Resort Myrtle Beach is located very conveniently on Myrtle Beach which great beach access and breathtaking views of the ocean.

Guests are welcomed very warmly into the hotel and ushered into the reception where check-ins are generally fast and efficient.

Although the condos are simple and basic, they are equipped with very comfy beds with comfortable, clean beddings.

Dated/broken down amenities.

Guests have reported that the hotel features dated and broken down amenities including old-style tube analog TVs with fuzzy pictures, phones that do not work, inefficient wall-mounted AC units, broken down elevators.

The rooms are not very clean with mold on the ceiling and bathroom walls, old dirty carpets, and trash in several common spaces.

Unprofessional housekeeping staff.

Several guests have complained that the housekeeping staff is not very professional and some use foul language when cleaning the rooms while others smoke freely in the rooms when working. A few guests also reported about shoddy housekeeping. Reception staff sometimes seems to go through the motions and looks disinterested in its job.
