The historic farm of San Ottaviano, with the remains of its old lookout tower, is settled amidst 400 hectares of fields and forests that offer a wonderful landscape and numerous marked paths for sports enthusiasts. It is only a few kilometers from wineries, spas, beaches and the small village of Suvereto. The property has 26 apartments ranging from studio apartments for two, up to the four-room apartment for up to 8 people. In the upper area of the farm are the historic farmhouses of the San Ottaviano, where the restaurant, reception, artisanal brewery and some apartments are housed. The other apartments are located in the lower part of the farm amongst olive trees. All apartments at ​​Podere I Massoni overlook the pool. The riding ring and horses are also located here. There are two large pools with a view of the Cornia valley. Guests can take part in a tour of craft farm brewery, take a horseback riding lesson or trail ride, or enjoy a Tuscan meal in the property's km0 restaurant. There are many farm animals, including donkeys, a pig, horses, chickens, a rabbit, cows and bees.
