Due to its nearness to popular tourists’ spots such as Cedar Falls and Pipac Event Center, most guests are impressed with its convenient location. The hotel is close to commercial establishments such as the industrial park, restaurants, and freeway.

From the efficient check-in process until check-out, the warm greetings and overall staff assistance have been very pleasing. Moreover, the staff went beyond the extra mile to handle complaints professionally.

Despite having a standard breakfast, guests considered the breakfast served to be very satisfying and enjoyable compared to competitors. The food consists of a variety of hot and cold products, which are served in generous amount.

Guests were quite disappointed for there was no hot tub at the pool area as advertised on the hotel website. Furthermore, the pool’s water temperature was too cold so some guests, especially the kids, were not able to swim or stay longer in the pool.

Some guests had issues with the rooms’ quality. There were no proper bedding, supply of pillows were not sufficient, and there were dust and cobwebs on some parts of the rooms such as the floor and the baseboards. The bathroom’s drain was also clogged, while the length of the shower curtains was not enough to cover the whole shower area.

Since the hotel is under renovation, guests experienced minor inconveniences. The whole area that is being remodeled is dirty and dusty. Most guests were not aware of this renovation process, so most of them were surprised and expected some discount within their stay.
