Hotel Pink House (Weymouth, United Kingdom)

The breakfasts served up here are about as far away from a token gesture as you're likely to get. Along with a buffet table stocked full of cereals, fruit juices, yoghurts, fruit salad and porridge; the Pink House offers all your favourite cooked-to-order favourites alongside treats like boiled eggs with soldiers, smoked Scottish kipper fillets and smoked haddock with poached egg. All this and you get a proper cafetiere of freshly ground coffee too! If there's a more satisfying way to start the day then we've yet to hear about it.

The great thing about this B&B's location is that it is removed from the hustle and bustle of the busy town centre and set back away from the main road, therefore you're afforded plenty of peace and quiet, all of the time. Despite this though, you're still only a 15-minute stroll from the beach and pier, and only a five-minute drive from centre of town and it's famous harbour. Perfect.

This B&B's owners have the (increasingly) rare talent of knowing exactly when to check on you and see if you need anything and when to keep their distance and leave you be. They're an incredibly warm and friendly couple too.
