This place works well if you're on a budget when visiting and exploring the region. It's quite cheap, and is located within walking distance of many dining options and hotspots. It's also useful as a base because of its close driving and public transit distance to popular trails, resorts, and shopping.

The strongest positive feature of the rooms are their size. Although there's not much in the way of hanging or laying out clothing or luggage, the beds and walking space are quite ample, and often more than enough for your party's size.

It helps to have extra layers of clothing and extra blankets, as the heat isn't consistently put on when outside temperatures are low. If it is on, it doesn't always stay, so you may wake up in the middle of the night or the next morning freezing.

Furniture and fixtures are outdated, extremely worn out, and well due for TLC or replacement. Housekeeping is poor, as it's often typical for guests to check into rooms that haven't been sufficiently refreshed or cared for. Dirty linens, paltry toiletries, and sticky floors add to the distress.

The wiring is suspect, as some appliances need to be unplugged to accommodate others, some are exposed, and some aren't grounded. This creates a lot of concern for the safety conditions of staying here.
