Several guest reported that their apartment really was fully equipped - in reality, and not just in the marketing materials. The kitchen was said to have all the equipment they needed.

Of course most guests had come to visit the walled city, and maybe walk a bit on the wild beaches. They were happy to report that the historic walled centre was a long walk, but quite doable. Guests also said that they found all the supermarkets, cafes, bars and so on that they needed nearby.

Several guests expressed their surprise by how quiet the apartments were. Considering they are very near a ferry port, they had reasonably expected it to be bit noisy, But they were happy to report that all was serene, and they were really not disturbed by external noise.

While staff are there during the day, so check in goes smoothly then, those arriving later, after reception has closed, could experience problems checking in. The procedure is to leave the keys in a small safe in reception and communicate the code to open it beforehand. Of course these sort of arrangements don't always go to plan, causing a little bit of stress at the start of the holiday.

While there is a basic service included in the room rate, this was described as unusable by guest. The paid for service was considered exceptionally expensive, and even those who paid did not think much of the reliability and speeds.

While some were unhappy with the fact that parking cost extra, even those who paid willingly said that it could be quite difficult to get a spot when returning form a day of touring.
