When our flight was delayed, the hotel was happy to provide luggage storage at no charge and arranged transportation for us to the airport.
Guests appreciate the excellent sound-proofing in the rooms, noting that although the hotel was busy at the height of the season, they were not disturbed in the least by noise from the activities of others. We slept just great and the beds are super comfy.
Returning guests who have stayed several times in the past notice that although the cleanliness standard remains high and the service is great, the hotel is getting a bit dated and could benefit from a refurbishment.
