Hotel Phoenix Park Inn Resort (Candolim, India)

This hotel is situated just a ten minute walk from the local Candolim beach and the area is generally quiet and great for a relaxing getaway. Some of the guest rooms have lovely views over the swimming pool and gardens.

The reception staff are very helpful and they will happily give you advice or help you with any of your requests.All of the staff are hard-working as they aim to higher the standards of service at this hotel.

The hotel restaurant serves a great variety of local and international dishes that are prepared exactly as you request them to be. The service staff are very efficient ad friendly and so the service is fast without any hassles. The food is prepared using fresh ingredients and everything is packed with flavour.

Guests to the Phoenix Park Inn Resort have reported that the hotel is not cleaned to a high enough standard. There are reports of badly smelling guest rooms and bathrooms that are musty and mouldy. The hotel is working on this and an improvement has been noticed by some guests.

Guests have reported that upon arrival at the hotel the staff tell them that the rooms they had booked are not available. Guests are then often downgraded and not refunded for the difference in room prices. Guests also report that the amenities that they booked, such as extra beds, are sometimes not available.
