It may seem like a small feature, but guests have appreciated the air-conditioning units at this hotel. Given the climate of Koh Phi Phi, air-conditioning is essential and this hotel has thoughtfully equipped rooms and public areas with it keeping guests cool and relaxed throughout their stay.

In a few reviews, guests have indicated that there is a bit of a language barrier with some of the staff members at this hotel that do not speak English. This in no way detracted from a good stay at this hotel but it eventually did get tiring after a few days.

This hotel does offer the convenience of Internet access through the on-site Wi-Fi. However, the signal strength and speed of this Wi-Fi is certainly nothing to brag about, according to past guests.

This island is buzzing with a lively night-life that is enjoyed by loads of people. However, many guests find it very difficult to get used to the noise of the parties and people passing by late at night, especially when trying to get a peaceful night sleep.
