The Perla Marina Apartments are in Pietra Ligure, near Borgio Verezzi and overlook the secondary road Viale della Repubblica, in a quiet area not subject to the noise of traffic. The excellent climate of Pietra Ligure, particularly mild during the whole year, makes it a well-known and very requested seaside resort, also in wintertime, especially for its particularly healthy air, full of iodine. During summer the area offers various activities and entertainment both day and night. The residence is located 200 meters from the sea and 600 meters from the old town centre of Pietra Ligure. The distance from Genova airport is about 70 km; from the Pietra railway station is about 1 km. Near the residence there are all the shops necessary for all your different needs including a chemist, various sport centres, bar, sandwich bar, some pizzerias and restaurants, and bike-cart rental. In the vicinity there are the small but beautiful caves of Toirano. There are various hiking itineraries to do on the surrounding hills, on foot or by mountain bike and the lovers of climbing can choose between the walls of Finale, Toirano and Albenga. In winter, in one hour by car, ski lovers can experience skiing overlooking the sea in the mountain resort of Monesi, the most southern of the Maritime Alps. The residence in summer time offers the use of a beautiful swimming pool. The available parking for cars inside the private area of the residence is limited and the cost is not included in the price of the apartment. On request, you can use both laundry and ironing services. Open: from December 15 until September 30.
