The hotel is a very popular venue for wedding receptions hence quite a few guests were inconvenienced by loud music and noise from the wedding parties which often lasted until the early hours. Guests who wanted to enjoy a few drinks before or after dinner, were disappointed to find that the bar in the Brasserie was very small and cramped and many said that it also lacked atmosphere.
The service at breakfast was described as quite disorganised and slow with guests having to wait a long time in order to be show to their tables. Some also complained about items of food running out and not being replenished in due time.
