The hotel is found to be in a perfect part of the beach in Tulum, as there was plenty of water activities to do or simply sleep by the beach. Most had beach views and hammocks to relax on and it is a relatively quiet place.
The food was found to be poor and got some guests sick. They did not enjoy there was not much variety and would have preferred better quality meals. Even the snack bars don’t have much food. It was disappointing to have food that you didn’t enjoy.
Guests felt the beds were too uncomfortable and hard for them to have a good night’s rest. They did not enjoy their beds and the pillows were not cozy either. They would have preferred a more comfortable mattress to sleep on.
The Wi-Fi was found to be non existent by guests who tried to use it in their rooms. It was also not free in room, and for the price most mentioned it was not worth it. The Internet did not work at all if it was free.
