The studios are well-furnished and include a living room area, bathroom and kitchen. The living space has a television with international channels and a sofa bed, while the kitchen is well-equipped with a microwave, coffee maker and hob. The Parque Verde has a sporting area where guests can play tennis and basketball. Private parking and Wi-Fi are both provided free of charge. The accommodation has a restaurant and snack bar to quench hunger. In addition, there is a sizeable barbeque area where you can cook a meal outside in the relaxing shade. From the complex, the Tenerife South Airport can be reached in less than ten minutes by car.

While the complex is not particularly close to any major points of interest except the Golf de Sur, which is where the Parque Verde resides, a number of past guests have commented that it makes a good base to explore the area. Popular areas such as the Granadilla de Abona and Montaña Roja are a short drive away, while the Tenerife South Airport is less than ten minutes away by car.
Although there has been some complaints aimed at the staff, the majority felt that the service they provided was of a decent standard. Communication might be difficult with certain members of staff, but they will always try and help when possible.
Despite the fact that many past guests at the Parque Verde have been dissatisfied about certain aspects of the accommodation, most have still said that their stay was still value for money overall.
From the rooms to the facilities, the Parque Verde is in desperate need of refurbishment – in the opinion of many previous visitors. Notable aspects that support this argument include the room furnishings being worn out, the pool area showing signs of decay and the appliances being faulty.
The advantage of the local airport being nearby does come with a big compromise: airplane noise throughout the day. In addition, the English pub on the premises is reported as being noisy and disruptive.
The overriding opinion about the cleanliness at the Parque Verde is that the standard is low. Guests have stated that the bathroom and kitchen areas can tend to be overlooked when it comes to the cleaning of the studios.
