The housekeeping team visit the rooms to clean approximately five times a week and therefore they are cleaned to a good standard. The public areas are also well maintained.

There are plenty of bars, shops and restaurants within easy reach however the complex still manages to be quiet and peaceful. The beach is also within walking distance down a slight hill.

The pool is a freeform shape which is a very pleasant view if your balcony faces it. There tends to be enough sun loungers to go round and the pool bar is a nice place to grab lunch and enjoy a drink.

There is no air-conditioning in the room however there is a fan in the room which does an almost adequate job of keeping the room cool enough.

A handful of extra charges need to be taken into consideration when planning a holiday here. Wi-Fi is free however you have to pay to use the safe in the room. Pool towels are available but again these are chargeable and therefore you need to take one with you or if luggage allowance is an issue buy a cheap one over there and just leave it there as this will be cheaper than hiring them.

The staff have received very mixed reviews. The majority of people have found them to be friendly and helpful, however anyone who has had a special request or particular query have found them to be disinterested and rude. Examples include large groups wanting to sit together at meal times and the restaurant staff not helping with this, or reporting maintenance issues and getting very negative responses with one member of staff insulting them in Spanish not realising they could understand.
