Guests remarked that while the hotel is in a quiet location perfect for relaxation, it is close to public transportation, plenty of shops as well as the airport.

The hotel breakfast provides guests with a variety of food options and guests also highly recommended room service, as it was a quick and tasty alternative to leaving your room. Unlike other hotels, guests were surprised to find a rather large dine-in menu available to them.

The beautiful pool and the decent-sized gym offer guests the option to unwind either by working out or relaxing. Guests particularly liked the size of the pool as well as the ample umbrellas and lounge chairs.

While the exterior of the hotel appears quite new, guests noted that the rooms themselves have seen better days. They stated that upon first walking in their rooms, they were greeted with a dark atmosphere full of well-used pieces of furniture, flickering lights and outdated fabrics.

Several guests found evidence of previous guests' stays, such as a hair in the tub or sink as well as stained toilet seats and bedding. With guests being in the room when housekeeping would appear, there was no vacuuming attempted at times, which guests stated the rooms could have needed.

Even though having a guaranteed check-in time, some guests pointed out that they had to wait over an hour to finally get into their rooms, since these hadn't been cleaned yet.
