Hotel Park Royal Beach Mazatlán (Mazatlan, Mexico)

The staff was found to be friendly and kind for guests who stayed here. They received an excellent treatment and were given important information of the area if asked.

Guests felt that the hotel was a good value for the stay. There were plenty of amenities available in the hotel including a gym, an outdoor pool and a bar and restaurant. There were plenty of common areas such as an on-site beauty salon and spa.

The rooms were found to be nice accommodations by guests who stayed here. There was plenty of space in the rooms for families as there was living/dining areas, and kitchens available. The view from the rooms was also found to be panoramic as the ocean can be seen from there.

Many guests had to ask for new towels for their stay because they were not provided. They would have liked to not have to chase the staff for basic towels. The toiletries were also lacking and had to be requested.

The hotel was found to be in need of a renovation by guests who stayed here. The elevators were not working well, the TV channels and the bad quality of the furnishings. The hotel was looking tired and in need of fresh paint.

Guests were disappointed that the beach service was lacking. There was not a complete beach service of beach chairs and umbrellas available for the guests. They were wondering why this was the case.
