Most guests enjoyed being in a central location in Ixtapa. They felt the shopping areas with various restaurants were walking distance, while the island or other attractions were a short bus or taxi ride from the hotel.

Most guests enjoyed the nice beach that was in front of the hotel. They thought it was a nice private access beach that was good to swim in and the entertainment was nice.

Bad Staff Members

Guests felt the staff members were not very professional and kind. They seemed to have a bad face for requests or questions and it also seemed their only goal was to have guests pay extra for things. This includes prices for vacations from sellers.

Most guests felt there was false advertisement in the hotel because they found that the safes were not in-room but rather at the front desk. There was also no coffee makers and it was an overall disappointment that there were also not enough lounge chairs by the pool.

Most of the guests also mentioned the food selection for lunch and dinner to be bad. They felt it was the same each day and there was no particular quality to it. Only the Italian option was mentioned as being a good one, out of seven restaurants.
