Hotel Park Plava Laguna (Porec, Croatia)

Most of the rooms at the hotel face the beautiful pool and you can enjoy the view from the comfort of your balcony. You can see the sea and beach from many of the rooms.

The ever smiling faces of the reception members are always noticeable. They very friendly and really go out of their way to help you. They pay careful attention to the guests and do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They are also gladly available and provide you all the information you seek.

The cleaning team is always very detailed in their line of work. The rooms are cleaned on a regular basis. The rooms are all modern, roomy, well furnished and stlylishly decorated.

The Wi-Fi signal seemed to be a huge concern especially for guests as it didn't quite meet their expectations. The connection is quite weak in a few of the rooms. Some guests were surprised with the extra charges they had to pay to continue using the hotel's internet.

A number of guests complained about the hotel's food not up to the standard they expected. As such, many opted to have their meals at nearby eateries since they were plenty of them to choose from. To some, the restaurant was not so friendly.

Quite a number of guests were unhappy with the swimming pool. During the peak seasons it was evident that the sun loungers are very few. Others opted to go to the beach where they could enjoy and relax away from the crowded pool.
