Language barriers are not an issues, as all staff speaks English proficiently, which is often a rarity for many Korean hotels. In addition, guests also complimented the concierge service here, noting that the personnel were especially helpful in making recommendations and arranging transportation.

The location of the hotel is not the most ideal, and probably best suited for business visitors. The city centre, as well as most tourist attractions, are a bit far from the hotel, and there is not too much to do in the local area either.
