Hotel Park Hvar (Hvar, Croatia)

The Hotel Park Hvar is in the city centre of Hvar and so you can easily walk to many different restaurants, clubs and shops. The rooms have fantastic ocean views and the hotel is very close to the beach.

The Park Hvar Restaurant serves a delicious breakfast every morning, the food is of good quality and very tasty. You can enjoy your breakfast inside the restaurant or outside on the patio when the weather is good.

The hotel staff are very friendly and hard-working, they make you feel very welcome from the moment you arrive. The reception staff will help you make reservations at restaurants or tourist attractions and give you great ideas on places to visit. Nothing is too much trouble.

Some guests feel that this hotel should offer Wi-Fi access in the rooms as guests would like privacy when checking emails or going online. Wi-Fi is only available in public areas such as the lobby which is closed at night.

This hotel does not have a life or a ramp for anyone with mobility issues. You have to carry your luggage up many stairs to the front door and then once you are inside you will again have to carry your luggage up the narrow staircases to your room. There are also steep stairs in many of the guest rooms.

Some guests have reported that they found mould in the bathrooms and bedrooms as well as dirty crockery and cutlery in the rooms and at the breakfast service. The bed linens and bathroom towels show wear and tear and there are often dead insects in the rooms which are not cleaned away by the cleaning staff.
