It would be worth visiting this property for the magnificent views alone. Parts of the hotel have sweeping views over the bay of Naples and it is worth taking a camera to capture this memory. You could sit for hours watching the yachts and cruise ships coming in.
The bedrooms are very spacious, equipped with all the basic amenities you need for a night or two and are kept extremely clean by the housekeeping team. There may be interconnecting rooms available so if you are travelling as a family these could be worth requesting.
All of the staff here cannot do enough for you and are warm and friendly yet professional and efficient. They are very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and are happy to give directions or recommendations of places to visit or even point you in the direction of organised tours. Breakfast is quoted as being continental however there are also hot choices available.
Some guests have booked this property expecting glorious views from their bedroom window but these are only available on the higher floors.
The hotel has a strange layout with the main parts of the hotel being on the higher floors, including reception, and you make your way down to the rooms. If you have a lower room they are dark and feel claustrophobic.
Located half way up the mountain overlooking the bay it is not the most central hotel available if you want to explore everything Naples has to offer. In order to access the centre you can take a cable car or a taxi down.
