There is no shortage of fun activities to partake in when staying at the Paradise Stream Resort. Guests can enjoy a variety of activities on-site including basketball, fishing, golfing, hiking, as well as playing a game of volleyball or squash. Other activities that can be enjoyed at resorts close to the hotel include rafting, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling.

The staff here is very warm and amiable. The wait staff in the restaurant and lounge bar have received very positive reviews by guests due to their quick and professional service. Reception staff is fast and efficient at handling check-ins/checkouts such that queues and wait times are kept to a minimum.

Guests have complained that the rooms appear to be quite dated, carpets have large stains and a strong moldy odor pervades the rooms. The circulation pumps for the pools in the rooms do not work well leading to dirt and debris collecting at the bottom of the pool.

Although the official check-in time at the Paradise Stream Resort is 3pm, guests have reported experiencing delayed check-ins that can sometimes start as late as 5 pm, probably due to tardiness in housekeeping.

Several guests have expressed their dismay at the hotel's practice of charging for too many small items, many of which guests are unaware of until they receive their rather inflated bills.
