Guests have found the location of this Bennington hotel appealing, finding the walk into the town center an easy and pleasant one. There are shops and restaurants within easy reach, as well as golf. Guests have also appreciated the reasonable driving distance to Saratoga Springs and Albany.

Rooms here generally attract fairly positive feedback. Many guests have described them as dated in appearance but have tended to find them clean and comfortable nonetheless. Most have also found the rooms reasonably quiet.

Although typically rating the standard of the rooms as good, feedback about the bathrooms isn’t always so positive. Guests report fairly regular problems with the hot water and plumbing, as well as black mold in the showers and maintenance issues.

Guests have found that the staff, although friendly, do not respond to emails and are slow to pick up the phone. Questions seem to be better asked face to face although, that said, guests have also occasionally mentioned that the staff didn’t appear to be able to offer all that much information about the local area and sometimes struggled with even very basic questions.

A fair number of previous guests have encountered problem using the Wi-Fi here, with problems including a slow connection and not being able to get online at all.
