There were quite a few negative remarks about staff service. While some guests said they found staff members to be friendly, a number of people said they felt staff members were rude and unfriendly. A couple people also mentioned language barriers to be a problem.

It was mentioned that snacks, water and cab rides from the property can be quite expensive.

A couple of guests said they had trouble with their bookings and were told the hotel was overbooked when they arrived. They were disappointed to be sent elsewhere. There were also negative remarks about problems with hot water in showers - some guests could not get hot water in their rooms. A few people also said they found the resort to be a little too removed from all the action and tourist points of interest.
