Happy Staff.

Many of the guests said one of the key attributes of the TRH Magaluf is the cheery and helpful staff who were generally available to answer any questions, solve problems and offer advice to guests.

A pay-off of the happy staff is the great atmosphere they create, for a relaxing and chilled holiday. Guests were made to feel comfortable in the easy-going environment.

Beachside Location.

Another positive of the hotel is its location, between two beaches, it’s an easy walk to the seaside of Majorca. It’s also a short drive from the larger centre of Palma.

Getting Old.

Many of the guests said the hotel was getting old and the rooms could do with a refurbishment to modernise the décor and make the whole experience more comfortable.

Large Groups.

The complex offers apartments only and allows for multiple guests to stay in the one apartment which can often make for a lively atmosphere and reveling at night.

Noisy at Times.

Subsequent to the large groups and full apartments, other guests complained there was often noise filtering in from next door or the hallway.
